JLP 2-3-4" shackles here as well, they provide 3" net drop on the max setting.
I want them! I want to replace my Belltech with JLP's to gain that extra 1" plus adding the rubber sulastics should gain another 1/2"
I don't believe you can do shackles and sulastics together.
you can do the sulastics and the belltech leafs.i had that setup but was too low for me.now i have the drop shackles and shock extenders.
i still have them for sale if u are interested.
good luck with your drop.
hey blind your truck looks bad *** man.
::
thank you, since you've had both setups - which rides better?
2002 DSG HD #09617 NHTOC Truck of the month November 2012
Ported eaton/plenum/tb, 6lb lower, SCT BA-2600 MAF, OBX longtubes, JLP intake, FTVB, L-spec bilsteins, Hotchkis TVS, 22" replicas. Tuned by Ray McClelland of FTK
Stock leafs with drop shackles rode better The belltechs made the rear lower but the ride was very tight.it's up to the person on what they prefer. Looks and performance or ride quality
Regardless of how you decide to lower it, shock extenders are a very good idea for any kind of lowered suspension.
It's true because you will get the full shock travel with them.
Anything more than 2 inches will require them
