Time to Wait Before Starting to Display 'Last Edited by...'

    Just a thought...under
    Message Posting and Editing options.

I would be nice to increase the
Time to Wait Before Starting to Display 'Last Edited by...'
    to something like 20 minutes.

Maybe it's just me but this would allow the person that writes the post the opportunity to "clean up" a post that looked ok when creating.
This includes spelling, layout or just rethinking what was being said. This would also allow for a "cool down" time and possibly reduce flames.

Whats the difference though? You're allowed to edit it any time you want, whats really the difference of when the forum tags it as edited?

    Agreed!

As far as spelling, iSpell is a big help, it's a pretty good (not perfect) tool and it's free.
