    Laugh suspension mirage

OK here's my gripe; it may be me (it is me ) but my truck sits lower on the left side.I've taken it to several suspension places and they concluded that its off by an 8Th of an inch.My question is, do you guys think those 2 degree leaf spring shims will correct this? I can't stand it,its killing me Any input will be appreciated.

Sounds like an idea...lets see some pics with a tape measure to show the difference if its not really that visible to the eye

Shims are designed to correct pinon angle, not really to level the truck.
Putting a shim on one side and not the other to level it would "twist" the axle.
You could do it with a piece of flat stock 1/8 thick and drill a hole in the center for the pin in the spring. I am however amazed that you can see 1/8 when these trucks seem to sit to one side when new. (I had an 02 new before Blackie now)

1/8" is absolutely nothing dude. Guys have trucks that sit 1/2" or more off side to side. All depends on if you're on perfectly level ground, who's in the truck, how much fuel you have, etc. The fuel tank is on the drivers side and holds 25 gals, so thats at least 150 lbs difference between empty and full, and can easily make one side sit 1/8" lower than the other.

    Just drive it! lol
