    Under the hood....

The underside of the hood, after 6 years as a daily driver then used like a truck on weekends since I'm working on getting her back into show shape, I've cleaned the underside of the hood good but it's still looking bad. I'm thinking about spraying it with a good semi gloss clear to bring it back to the way it should look, any better ideas? I am all ears!

Only bad part about that is it's aluminum, you have to do that every week!

It's black, most of the color is still there.

I have always had a theory that my truck missed a few paint stages, the door jambs look like an 8 year olds first try with Krylon, And the QC people must have had a holiday the day mine went through paint. The rocker panel under the left rear door is clear coated yellow primer just like Ford built it.
