Do you have an oil separator?
What mileage do you have on your truck?
Have you cleaned you inter cooler?

Pulley, plugs and tune are a good place to start.

Dont have an oil separator and havent cleaned the inter cooler yet. I looked into it but was waiting for some time off. About 86,000 miles on the truck...changed the spark plugs once but with the motorcraft from ford.

    To start...

    MOD1
Most folks agree the the L&S oil separator works the best.
Clean the I/C and add a oil sep to keep it clean are good first mods.

    MOD2
Pulley - 6lb (or 4lb for a little less spin) Metco lower is a good choice
Plugs - Folks here like NGK TR6 with the pulley (colder plug than stock)
Tuner - SCT or Diablo Predator with Dyno or mail-order for the new gear.

Lots of other folks will chime in, I'm sure, to offer more mod advice.

As far as a local So Fl mechanic/tune shop drop me a PM.

A valve body would be a nice start as well.
