    You need ball joint socks.
You can't put ball joint boots on your ball joints without ball joint socks.
If you put ball joint boots on without ball joint socks you'll get blisters on your ball joints.
...And nobody wants blisters on their ball joints!

The camber bolt kit is to get the front end aligned after the truck has been lowered. Clunk washer I believe is for driver side lower control arm iirc.I'm sure someone else will have a better explanation. You did say your front tires are wearing on the inside edge right???

Correct. Cam bolts will facilitate having your alignment shop get the "angle-of-the-dangle" much closer to spec ... the alignment tech will "love" you! Do a search for "cam bolts". There is a whole ton of info.

The "clunk-washers" (Herb's Washers) are installed on the trailing driver-side lower control-arm. They ensure true stability of the LCA. Do a search for "clunk washers". There is a whole ton of info.

    Ordered the Metco clunk washers
The Ford camber bolts are supposed to be beefier than the Napa ones.

    Any thoughts?

Ford kits are no longer available, but yes beefier than Napa...Other auto parts stores have camber kits also. Then find a good alignment shop.Did you find a copy of the specs in a search??

I called my local Ford $tealership

    Camber Bolts (4).................F65z-3b236-BB.$.14.40 each = $57.60

    Cam Washers (4)................F65z-3c178-AA....$9.98 each = $39.92

    Nuts (4)..............................N805480-s441......$4.50 each = $18.00

    Total.................................................. ........................... $115.52

They said they did not have any in stock and would need to order them.
    --------------------------------------
The Roush overstock clearance is an outstanding price! If they work and fit on a 03 HD?

    Roush Website blurb
"This cam bolt is a Ford replacement part, and is used for aligning the front-end of the 1997-1999 F-150. Each is sold separately, and four are required."

The cam bolt/washer is NOT listed as an 03 part. Cam blots/cam washers were not included stock from the factory on the 03 and probably would not be listed as a "replacement" part.

Ford vs Napa = Ford is a beefier part (5/8" vs 1/2" dia. I think)
Ford (if you can find them = $110-$115.52 (set of 4)
    Napa = $30 per set. Two sets = $60 (set of 4)
Without being able to compare I don't know how beefy the Roush parts are.

Roush is a product brand name I would trust.
My question is...Will the Roush Cam bolt/washers work for an 03 HD?
