    I searched on it and it supposed to stop oil from going into your intake and or intercooler? So our trucks were designed with this flaw or is it something that causes this to happen?

    the trucks were not designed to intentionally have oil injested through the PCV into the intercooler. It's just a byproduct of the design, and the only way around it is installing the oil separator setup...L&S or AMW work the best.
