    i would:
clean your maf sensor with carb cleaner
clean your intercooler (even though it calls for every 100k)
    clean air filter
    rear end fluid
when was the last time you changed spark plugs?
    brake flush
i would also check your intercooler pump and maybe flush your intercooler fluid
i said brake flush bc i just did mine and man, now im lovin braking!

check your rear brake pads as well bc thats usually the time the rear start needing to be changed

I'm still waiting to reach 60k miles on my 11 year old HD's

52k or 53k on the race truck that gets about 500 miles a year on it

16k on the street truck that gets about 15k miles a year on it....and I'll probably end up selling it before it hits 30k

the only thing i see missing from your list is "replace fuel filter"

I'm just about at 60k myself and plan to take it in for the below:
    oil/filter change
    change transmission fluid
    replace fuel filter
replace engine air filter(not needed, have k&n)

everything else is inspections per the manual

i plan to get an alignment as well since i recently had the upper and lower ball joints replaced.

Mine hit 62K. Just recently I changed brakes, brakes fluid, fuel filter, oil and cleaned MAF. Also just got new tires (4th set!).
Need to do differential fluid (is leaking a little), transmission fluid and figure out a Bank Lean code I had for over a year now. Later on I may feel brave enough to do the intercooler.

intercooler is nothing. when u do the intercooler, go ahead and fill your silencer holes as well and let that baby eaton SCREAM! fill all holes and throw a 6lber on it
i used the jbweld putty to fill the holes for quick drying and topped it off with the regular jbweld......in 4 hours, started and finished and screamin down the road. 2-3 years later, swapped blowers and jbweld is in the same shape as when first applied! use your common sense and start unbolting. pictures are awesome for beginners by the way

    clean brake fluid lol

flush till the fluid coming out is clear. passenger rear, drivers rear, passenger front, drivers front. put a clear tube on the bleeder to watch for bubbles, and put the tube into a bottle to see when it starts filling up with clean fluid.

I was wondering if yu all used a brake fluid chagning kit. Cause to pump it out you need three people pretty much.

three!?! I can see two, but three? lol

Its a 1 man job with a motive products power bleeder. Absolute best $50 you'll spend for a tool. Fill it up with 2 quarts of brake fluid, attach it to the master cylinder resivour, pump it up to 10 psi, then go around to each corner and crack the bleeder following the process in my last post.

I've used speed bleeders in the past 2, that can make it a 1 man job as well, but more work than the motive products bleeder.

They also sell vacuum attachments for bleeders that makes it a 1 man job. Never used one before, but I guarantee the motive products power bleeder is the way to go.
