What is your honest opinion of this HD?

It has good miles and all but something about it just has me wondering... maybe the condition of the interior/seats and rusty bolts that hold them? The report shows that it had a front end collision back in '01 and was towed. Not sure how bad it was though. What do you all think of this one?? Any advice would be really appreciated or if you know of any available. I would really like to stay in the $10-11k range.

The interior looks very rough for that low milage, either the previous owner was a pig or something aint right, the drivers door panel is even jacked up looking.

Yeah agreed...and the cleaner didn't do a particularly great job as there are streaks all over the door panels and radio, etc.

But...maybe you can get a SC Harley this time around for that same money?

Kind of my feelings as well. Would be cool to get an 02. I haven't seen too many for sale in that price range without having loads of miles. I have an 02 Avalanche that I'm going to sell and would really like to use what I get out of it.

To me that truck interior looks like it experienced a flood of some sort. I've never seen seat bolts rusted like that. For a few grand more you may be able to find an '02 or later. If you check the classifieds here you may have some luck finding one.

the difference between 87 and 91 at every gas station I've been to is $0.20/gal or $5.20 for a 26 gallon fill up.

if $5/tank is going to make or break your decision, don't get a supercharged truck.

Well broken down. Theres really no point to it plus 87 is crap so the truck might end up running worse and chugging down more gas than if u fill her up with 93.

If 5 bucks is enough to make or break your decision then a non sc harley truck isn't for you either. Try a Civic perhaps???

You may need to re-phrase your first post as I'm having difficulty interpreting what you mean. Do you want the back end to be a different shape or do you just want to be able to spin out in it?
