Have any of you guys ever had this problem (2003 HD #225) ??

So today after about a 30 mile trip. I get back in the truck and crank it up and all of sudden, she is idling VERY low...I threw her in N...no help....so I got out and checked all the obvious under the hood. Everything is nice and tight. SO fast forward....went fishing this evening...coming home she started doing the same thing. I pulled in my driveway and she about stalled out....not sure what is going on...I need HELP!!!

Recent fill up with fuel? Just low rpm, but smooth, no miss?
    More details would help.

Sounds like you need to clean you IAC valve, or get a new one.

If you haven't deleted your PCV system, then check for vacuum leaks, especially the dreaded elbow on the PCV vacuum line that connects at the rear on bottom of lower intake manifold.

Ok............did some Preventive MXS, being though I just hit 100k on my truck...cleaned IC and changed S/C oil, changed oil, flushed the tranny...added shift kit and royal purple...nice mod I must add, flushed the rear end and put royal purple in it as well (yeah the bill is getting high now) took the IAC off and cleaned it with parts cleaner until it came out clear, then sprayed some PB Buster in it...threw it back on teh truck and went for a test drive...truck drove flawlessly for the first 10 miles...got to a red light and the idle started to drift down again. Now I am lost...starting to think I may have a coil pack on the out...ot I need to take my truck on a road trip and "blow it out"....I drive it about 5-7 miles a day. At a lost DUDES...any suggestions...feel free to chime in!
