    Trucks running bad...

    sunday it died at a light but started back up and did good the rest of the day.
    This morning it acts like it wants to die, idles very low and for a while woulndt go over 30mph but did ok on the freeway on the drive in, once I got off it ran bad again. Hope its somethiing simple.

    You checked for DTC's. Sounds like a vacuum leak and/or bad IAC valve. Could also check plugs and inspect COP's, however, some cops only display problems when they're under a load.

    Sounds like a vacuum leak or bad cop. Do some digging around under the hood. Let us know if you find anything.

    +1 I suspect a bad IAC

    may sound silly but also check to see of your MAF is plugged in...Do the basics like clean the MAF, IAC, IAT. When was the last time you put plugs in it and what kind...I had a set of NGK TR6 that burned up three plugs in under 12K miles

    sounds close to what mine did when I blew 2 coil packs about a year and a half ago

    When I drove it home that night it ran fine, drove it last night and nothing happened, drove perfect. Someone told me to make sure the MAP sensor was clean, that it can get build up on it and cause all kinds of crazy problems, Ill do that this weekend.
