Mine was the same. Faded, and water inside. There was one on LR a couple weeks ago, went in minutes. I like my cheapo, lol

Blair i bought them new from Ebay ordered Friday just got them last night I will somehow fit the originals center caps on mine so i will have no use for these i will let you know when
ya i had my reps for like 5 years now. like 2 years with rubber and still haven't mounted. will go on in 2 months when the snow is gone. and will hopefully use the stock caps from my 20"s
Wow that is very long time I plan on installing mine either tonight or this sat but no later then next weekend also will be lowering it as well

60* and sunny here in the Northwest, so I had to take advantage of it.
New plugs, new coils, drove her for the first time since the first week of October.
I traded my grille for a Lightning grille and then got it professionally painted to match body's black color. Finally got around to installing it yesterday. Weather has been horrible around here. I also put in chrome turn signal bulbs while I had the corners out to install the grille.
I dropped off the side nerf bars at local powder coater to get them coated gloss black - expecting to pick them up either tomorrow or Tuesday. I have been waiting, impatiently, on a set of gloss 20" 01-02 Lightning replica wheels to delivered by UPS. They are stuck in Texas since early Monday due to weather they say. It sucks waiting for the wheels when they are supposed to be here I can tell you this first hand!! :P But I guess I should not complain too much considering I have this ****ty weather going on!

I have been dealing with sticky/jammed tailgate handle so I decided to tackle this problem today. Glad to see that it was not broken when I pulled the cover off the tailgate and the problem went away after I sprayed ****load of WD-40 on the latches. Now I am able to open the tailgate and it is pretty easy doing so. However, I have two questions now:
1. I am unable to unlock or lock the tailgate with my key. How do I know if my key matches the lock on the tailgate? I bought this truck just a few months ago and it feels like this key does not match because it would not do ****.
2. Am I really going to be able to align the tailgate by loosening/adjusting the striker torx bolts (top and bottom) at the base of the tailgate? The left end of tailgate is slightly mis-aligned - it is a bit "pressed in" which annoys the hell out of me. The right side is perfectly flush. I bought the truck this way and please tell me this is possible! I actually tried to do the top striker bolt, but damn it is one strong mofo so I am gonna have to buy a set of socket torx bits so I can use my ratcheting wrench to get the screw loose.
