Pulled the blower and intake. Re did the vac system. Pulled the egr off. Inter cooler is soaking tonight. Will go back in the am and finish the plugs, install the new compressor clutch, install the new o2s and put her back together. Oh and I changed the oil and I/c fluids

No, just don't have the time right now for it. I keep finding more things I want done differently and it's just taking up to much of my free time right now.

I originally bought the HD with the intentions of reclaiming it from the wife and getting her a Jeep. Then I ended up leaving the UA and btaking a substantional pay cut but finding a much better work environment. All that being said, it's just easier to sell the HD and wait until later to get another one.

A lot has happened over last two weeks for me. I got this truck right before Thanksgiving and started to gather parts and about couple of weeks ago I started to install everything on the truck suspension wise and a few tid bits here and there. I was able to get most of them done by myself with some help from friends and my fiancee

I got the following parts list installed and I would say everything was pretty easy thanks to everyone's posts on this forum. Compared to working on cars, I love working on this truck! For the catback, I had P-Tuning in Manassas, VA install the Lightning cat-back. I do recommend their work.

    Parts:
-Team JDM (with Magnaflow race muffler) Catback system
    -Belltech Lowering Coil Springs
    -Belltech Front Alignment Kit
-Moog Upper Control Arms with Ball Joint
    -L-Spec Bilstein Shocks up front
    -Belltech Lowering Leafsprings
-JLP Shackles set at 3" (2nd hole)
    -Strange S6000EM Adjustable Rear Shocks
    -Belltech Front Anti-Sway Bar
    -Belltech Rear Anti-Sway Bar

Truck rides awesome right now. I am very happy with the stance I currently have and love how it drives. I definitely need to do the C Notch to get more clearance for more rear suspension travel. It is a little rough now with the frame hitting the axle quite often. I haul sport bikes to tracks from time to time. Might consider upgrading to QA1 adjustable shocks eventually to serve this my hauling purposes.

Got the following stuff installed inside the truck:
    -Kenwood DDX-271 Double Din
    -Kicker 400.4 4-Channel Amp
-Back Up Camera (Not done, need to find best place to mount it)
    -Autometer Dual Pods A-Pillar
    -Autometer Boost Gauge
    -Autometer Transmission Temperature Gauge

I gotta say the Autometer dual-pod pillar does not fit over the stock A pillar, period. I have tried everything and it does not fit due to the bumps on the stock A-Pillar to accomodate the handle holes. The autometer pillar simply would not rest flush over the stocker. Currently I have the A-Pillar held down by the weatherstripping... I need some ideas how to better secure down the A-Pillar, any feedback welcome. Also, need ideas how to secure my 4 channel amp inside the storage compartment. Thanks!

Last, but not least, I have plenty of exciting mods coming up, just waiting for them all to arrive at my residence:

    -Jokerz Rebuilt Ported Blower
    -2.93' Lightning Upper Pulley
    -6lb Lower Pulley
    -SCT BA-2600 MAF
    -SCT X4 Tuner
    -Punisher Valve Body Street Version
    -C-Notch kit

Tuning will be done by JJ from Woodbine Motorsports. I plan to take my truck up there for an in-house tuning once I have the performance goodies on the truck, hopefully very soon!

I have attached pictures for your viewing pleasure. The first picture should show my Explorer, which I traded in for a 03 HD F150. 2nd picture shows how it looks when I first got it home. 3rd one will show its current state and it needs a wash badly! Others are just pictures of some parts I installed.

Damn, nice job. Fyi I don't think QA1's will help for handling the extra weight. Most use them for the adjustability at the track. The valving does not hold up well with continued street use.
