Well I pulled the comp r off to seal the leaking collector up. Now it's leaking where the cats are slightly. Going to get some different clamps to seal that up better. While it was apart I noticed my calipers were looking crappy so I cleaned them up and repainted them. Also cleaned the inside of the wheels.
Another thing I did was swap out my singer alternator with a low mileage stocker to see if that was my issue of voltage dropping off. It wasn't so going to reinstall the singer since it had more amps and didn't drop that low.
Installed LED interior bulbs. Looks a lot better inside.
Installed an AME cold air intake she breathing alot better

Im in process of changing out ALL of my interior bulbs to LEDs. I have them purchased just need to get to it. All i have left are window switches, door lock switches, steering wheel, and guage cluster. But house work is taking my time since i have a skid steer on loan to move dirt.
Installed new Belltech Nitro 2 shocks front and back. Changed the oil and filter. She rides a lot better. Still had factory shocks on it....148,000 miles and no one cared how they rode....well, I do....LOL

My father and I deleted the factory rear cats, installed a Bassani x-pipe, added four O2 sensor bungs (one on each bank for my DLG-1 dual wideband gauge and one on each bank for tuners to use), and added v-band clamps to connect it all to the pre-existing Bassani aft-cat system. Heidi is still slow but she sounds even better doing it. With all of this done I am one step closer to self-tuning.
Got home from 21 straight hours on the road coming back to SD from home (Austin). Within one hour of getting home Heidi had fresh life blood, oil and fuel filters. She was also fitted with a brand new S&B air filter (part# 1262) that should flow more air than she will ever be able to keep up with.
Next on the list is at least a quick wash to remove the insane amounts of bug carcasses. After that is one more little touch that I've been working on, hopefully I can get some pics to post.
Oh i love those drives. It takes about 22-23 hours straigt to go from here to montana. What kind of milage did you get on the trip? Or do u know not to do the math?

Some of my favorite mods are the subtle touches that should have come that way from the factory. I prefer the cleanliness of the 00-01 HD center caps over the 02-03 center caps with the faux bolt heads but I dislike the brushed aluminum HD medallion in the center so I decided to remove them and have them chromed. The industrial double-sided tape holding them to the canter cap is STRONG and the medallion is very delicate since it is stamped on a thin piece of aluminum. After some trial & error and a damaged NOS center cap/medallion I finally figured out how to remove them without destroying them. I'm going to have black decals made for the HD Bar & Shield logos for added contrast but I'm not sure whether or not I will use them. I am very pleased with the outcome and am excited at the notion that this may be a "first."

You are correct in the details. Those are what make a vehicle unique and yours. They def look good. The black idea might be a killer idea. I like contrast tho.
And its a good this you were wearing pants in the third pic, because my mind went to those seller pics that you see a seller in his tighty whities. And this was an upshot. Lol
Throttle Jockey, What size tires do you have on the rear?
