Definitely sounds exciting Andy. Can't wait to see and hear it.
Sport 90 22s look great. Would love to hear your truck when the exhaust is done. All this activity almost makes me want to keep mine.
OMG....Truck sounds great and WOW!!! Awesome torque!!!! All with just the exhaust completed. Lower Pulley to be installed Friday.....

Congrats on the new found sound .
I don't rely on video to accurately illustrate exhaust volume or exhaust note, but here are before/after videos of the changes I made to my exhaust a few months back.
Before... factory exhaust manifolds, all four factory catalytic converters, factory midpipe, and the Bassani Aft-Cat system with Lightning-style exhaust tip placement.

After... factory exhaust manifolds, factory front catalytic converters, deleted factory rear catalytic converters, factory midpipe into a Bassani X-Pipe and Bassani Aft-Cat system with the Lightning-style exhaust tip placement.

TJ, looks damn good!
New exhaust sounds good to me....excuse my voice over...LOL https://youtu.be/nCCjS4fo_SM
Not only does it sound better, but the performance after the headers, exhaust and 6# pulley were added ....oh my when you mash the skinny pedal the smoke just rolls...LOL... Can't wait for spark plugs and tuner to be put on....
I wouldn't get too happy with the skinny pedal until after the tune and plugs.
Yeah, I have parked it at the house until the tuner comes in. Plus, I have had to order extended leads for the O2 sensors. Once all that is in place I will drive it. She's off to the body shop for some touch up after all the other work is done so it will be after January before I really get to drive it much. However, did find out it has a 2008 motor from Ford in it according to the nameplate on the block. So her miles are off as far as the motor is concerned.
Pulled the spare down, cleaned it up, and filled it with air. Getting ready to work on the suspension again soon too.
CHECH ENGINE LIGHT came on Friday, got the codes read and turns out it was the PCV, Replaced it with one from local parts store. When I pulled my oil separator off I found some white grease like build up in the can and the neck of where the oil falls into the block, Anyone know what that is??
