BTW - Isaac just hit my area. Due to flooding I parked next door under a tree.
After the storm my car was covered with a couple dozen bird bombs! Nasty!
Two days later I sprayed my car with a hose and they all fell off. No paint stains.
It doesn't feel slick and smooth like a fine wax but it does repel sticking and water.
I just sprayed it with a hose everything rolled off and my car was dry. Kinda kewl.

My truck is going straight to the body shop once the engine is done, but I have 2 other vehicles that need some TLC.

I am going to get out my Porter Cable polisher and go to town using the instructions Merlin was so gracious to provide. Then I will finish with this product.

This statement makes the product sound somewhat permanent. "...a clear liquid that is applied to the clear coat of your vehicle. One question Merlin? This product says it polymerizes and forms a clear resin film etc etc...and says it can't be removed....
Well, does that prevent you from re-painting or using other products afterwards? Some products such as this cause many problems with future paint adhesion or lots of fisheyes. Have you heard anything to this effect?
