    6lb lower pulley

Do you guys thinks that a 6lb lower pulley would be ok with the 179000 miles on my truck? It seems the truck has very little if any blow by. I just put a oil seperator on it to.. And with a 6lb i will need a tune?

Yes...you will need a tune & you will have to change the spark plugs.

That many mileage...depends on how well the truck was maintained. Are you the first owner or not? If all routine maintanence was done and it hasn't been neglected at all, then sure.

Its all going to be in your tune & luck after you put the 6# on. These trucks could let go of the rods at anytime no matter if you no mods or many mods.

If it was my truck, I would save your money so that you can go built...at least shortblock & have the block conditioned, change the rods, add a small cam and then add a pully.

Agree with above posts....but if you just got the oil separator installed you may want to clean your intercooler too. With that kind of mileage the results may just feel like you've put on a 6# lower.

Hey, that's not a bad thing!

When you're ready to buy the Pulley and Plugs, give me a call, I usually have both in stock.
