Just added in these Dual beam 6k HID's. First moutning location for the balasts was not correct.. I had to lower them about 2 inches to clear the cover.
Must say the install was easy

Looks great with the LED Turns....I just took mine out and went back to old school Silverstars amber bulbs and silver star heads...If anyone is interested I have a set of HID 8K dual beams with one burnt out bulb and Vleds swtich back corners for sale.
looks good, i have the same setup except digital ballast, much smaller.
I have them mounted on the grille housing between the opening and the top.
Where are you guys buying your HID set-ups? Have used VVME multiple time in past, but have had problems with wires being backwards on harness and inferior ballasts (had several quit on me). What is benefit of digital ballasts? quieter?
Looking at doing both heads and fogs on my 2010.
I get mine @ DDM Tuning but Ive heard people have issues with theirs too.
Ive never had a problem.
Digital Ballast are quiet, less electronic noise and much smaller. they seem to last longer for me anyway.

My ddm hi/lo kit was wired backwards. Easy 5 minute fix though.

What's the bulbs for the heads and fogs? I'm looking to do HIDs in mine as well. I had DDM in my cobra and never had an issue. I didn't use their bracket though. They are flimsily and the ballasts rattle. That's what cause them to die. I made my own brackets

stock fogs cannot take hid bulbs without cutting and gluing. Look for my thread on escape/cobra fog lights and you can get H10 bulb kits to drop in with no fuss.
Headlights are 9007 iirc, but check the sylvania bulb lookup to be sure.
Damn, whys that with the fogs? Just a weird housing or something?
here is the link for the set that i ordered

Ill probably get DDM again. I had the 55w digi ballasts, 8K hi/low and they were like 90 to my door with a lifetime warranty. They had issues back in the day but they don't use those ballasts anymore. Pretty bummed about the fogs though
I stick with the 35w, they work great, have them in the truck, Honda, and Camaro. Mine came unwired, the plug was loose in the box, just had to figure out the right wires and done.
Think I paid around $60 for the hi/lows on the truck and Camaro, shipped from China.
that's about right i paid 65 for mine shop around HID Lights Dallas,Texas | HID Kits $39 Shipped | (855)TOP-HIDS
thats an awesome price.. paid just under 100 for mine...
bad part is Made in China
On the DDMs does the harness work correctly, or does it need Hi/Low reversed? Do the 2010s need an error eliminator? I remember my 2006 would show high beam indicator when they weren't on. went through hell figuring out to get rid of that damn thing...
The DDM 9145/H10 kits...do these fit in the 2010s without cutting and gluing? I remember having to do this on my 2002, but did not on my 2005 or 2006...
"Mine came unwired, the plug was loose in the box, just had to figure out the right wires and done." Does this mean you made you're own harness? why not buy harness they advertise? Are all H13 harnesses the same for all vehicles? Does not give you option to choose harness by vehicle...just yes or no on adding a harness.
