What can make my headlights come on everytime i start the truck? The switch is on the off position...Do i need a new headlight swithch?

sounds like you might.. its in off.. and not in atuo right ?? if it was in auto the eye could be going bad..

I am confused. If your switch is set to the "off" position? ... what would make you think it would otherwise turn the headlights on?!! If the the switch is positioned to "auto" ... the headlights will go on if it is dark enough outside.
