This is true but I believe you think I'm talking about a few sets on the same truck. My first truck lasted 100k-bought another set of fronts and sold it. I just installed a full set on another Hd truck we bought. I was just implying that for the $$$ I think we got our $$$'s worth out of them.

Cool... what I was really trying to get across to other members who may read this in the future is to NOT go with cross drilled and instead just get the dimpled ones as we get more longevity out of that style. There's no question about the savings when comparing apples to apples!

Still curious to see what became of the op out come. I have this pesky squeak from my drivers side rear. All new calipers in the rear, all new ss lines with stainless hard lines. Both rear calipers are factory ford motorcraft with motorcraft pads. Lines are stifflers. Only thing I haven't replaced yet is the master cyl. Brakes stop great, but squeal. I doesn't matter if I'm on the brakes or not. Also doesn't matter if I'm going straight or turning. Mph has no affect either.

Update: after changing out the balljoint and getting the alignment done the vibration vanished. I have several thousand miles on them now, and they work great. Been getting compliments all the time on them. My friend that I recommended Rotor pros to put some on his ranger and loves them.

As for the squeaky brake guy, have you tried applying the parking brake while moving and holding out the release handle?? I bet it's the parking brake shoes inside the rear rotor making the noise.

Rich knows our HD trucks well as he has hosted many a group buy over the years. Just tell him which style you want.
Most have gone with dimpled and slotted instead of drilled and slotted. Your choice.

Well I just had my gears changed back to 3.73 and had the rear calipers moved inward for my bogarts. I told my guy about the damn squeal. Turns out it was the shim on the drivers side front. One of the tabs was a little to long and would hit the rotor once the pad got hot and moved a bit. Strange but no more squeak

Mine still work great. Even hauled some heavy trailers with no brake fade. What's crap are the Moog upper control arms. Not even a year later and I'm about to pull them off again. Good thing they have lifetime warranty.
