    K&n or volant intake?

Im having a tough time trying to decide which would be the best to go with? a volant or a k&n air intake. Trying to decide between the K&N Generatoin II or the Volant CAI. Any comments or opinions im up for.

BBK is fine for a stock type truck, but if you ever want to up the boost much, or even go bigger with built motor and bigger SC, Id stay away from the BBK. The inlet tube where it meets the MAF is a smaller diameter than the MAF itself. This will create a bottleneck when your trying to pull some big air.

I myself now run the JLP "ram air" as well. Its nice to pull cold outside air, especially in the summer.

I have a Volant and added my own JLP fender scoop. I am much happier with the Volant.
