I have a single JL W6 downfiring in a box built for it that hits damn hard! I also wanted to the "stock" look but understood I couldnt keep the stock middle consol.

Everyone who doesn't know about these trucks thinks the truck came like this the first time they see it.

If you listen to music with a lot of low end, it may not have the sound you're looking for. If you want to keep your amp, I'd have an audio shop build you a custom enclosure for a 12w6. I have that in my truck and you won't be disappointed. I listen to everything from Hip Hop to Classical to Country and it sounds amazing.
Agreed! The Stealthbox looks "stock" and is not for everyone. Like he said if you listen to Hip Hop it may not be your best speaker choice.
I have a Stealthbox with the JL 12w3 driven by a 600x1 & 400x4 in the doors and for me (I like Rock & Jazz) it sounds good, full & balanced.
I did sound matting & it made a huge difference. It's so quiet in the cab it's almost eerie. The only thing that vibrates is the rear view mirror.

Did I mention the door mirrors don't vibrate only the one on the windshield.

And that makes for the CLEANEST of sound... It's so nice to be able to hear EVERY BIT of your music and system when you don't have any rattles or vibrations!!!
