Those with 22s, what do you all use for alignment specs?

Like the title says guys, I have a set of 22s on my truck and did some suspension work on it and I need to get it aligned. I removed the isolator from the springs. So pretty much stock height with 22s. Do you guys use lightning specs or use the standard F-150 specs?

    Thanks

Do yourself a favor and go to the auto parts store and get a set of camber bolts. Your alignment guy will kiss you!

L specs....well as close as possible since the lowering can sometimes throw it off not being able to get back to exact specs.
