#6 or #8 Lower Pully
Hey guys it's been a while since I've been on here. Had a lot of truck problems with my 02 Harley. Finally 3800 and a couple months later my trucks finally running the way out should. I'm looking at upgrading a Pulley but don't knots which one to go with. I have custom cat back exhaust. I have an Single ported throttle body volant air intake and upgraded intercooler with bosch pump. And a ****ty oil Exchanger from rpm out let. Any advice would be good because what ever pully I get I have lethal performance that's going to do a custom tune for me. Not canned. Thanks

Personally I'd go with a 6. You can safey go with an 8 with a dyno tune, a wideband to always monitor a/f, and always good fuel, but it's 1 step closer to that fine line of being safe. Some guys run it for years no issues, some guys run it for a month, and it's pefect on the dyno, perfect on the wideband, but close enough that 1 slight variable change and kaboom. A 6 lb'er will had a significant kick to the seat of the pants, and is more of the safe bet for reliable power. Still recommend a dyno tune, still recommend a wideband, but it's got a bit larger factor of safety for those weak rods.
