You could also buy it and part it out. I know a guy (me) that has a stock Harley and wants parts, lol....

going to take a ****load more work than just buying new parts. Everything those parts bolts onto is going to be ****ed up and require repair, and possible frame straightening even.

The Ford aluminum hoods aren't expensive and can be found on a variety of vehicles.

I learned this w/ my first car. We need to see pics, inner fender damage, etc. Start taking things off and see what's bent that you'd be bolting too...new bumpers don't hang on thin air if their supports are bent 1' back.

Post pics of the GF too, just for good measure. I hope she helps you clean like mine did :-)

Just ask GEICO insurance adjuster what they will carry as "salvage". Is typically very little. You can then just elect to accept insurance recovery value less stated salvage and keep the truck. Is very simple.

The airbags for the '02-'03 H-D are unique to the H-D model ... standard F150 bags will not work with the H-D BCM. Hood is same, fenders are same except '02-'03 fenders are pre-drilled to accommodate fender flares and use very special flare mounting components that are now NLA unless you buy the entire flare, headlights with amber strip on bottom are unique to H-D. I suspect you are correct that insurance will want to "total" it. If you do secure "salvage" of the truck, I have the airbags from an '02 H-D truck that was rear-ended.
