What "waterless car wash" would you guys recommend? I would prefer one that I could buy at a local store.

+1 for Optimum No Rinse. Not sure about local store though. I get it online from one of the detailing supply houses.

Another +1 for Optimum No Rinse (ONR)

I use it for a waterless wash, quick detailer, interior detailer and clay lube but ONR's greatest advantage lies within its name: no-rinse washing.

Likewise. I have completely stopped going to the self-spray wash bays. Perhaps it's not the best method, but after a wash, I don't pour out what's left in my mixed 5 gallon wash pail, I just put a lid on it (grit guard in bottom of course). That way, I don't waste it and can do a quick no-rinse wash on the less-important vehicles in the driveway whenever needed.

I've also used it (mixed as a quick detailer) on the plastic parts in the engine compartment and as lube for the Nanoskin pads (clay substitute). Very versatile product.
