I would suggest the system from stifflers with the X brace and driveshaft loop integrated instead.

I have JLP long bars and DS loop. They are well made and are extremely functional. They will prevent axle wrap and work on lowered vehicles. At times I've wished that I waited and purchased the JLP adjustable long bars. I would of liked to try preloading the suspension, maybe take a few hundredths off the sixty foot times.
From what I've read, Stifflers makes a great product. And if you have his brace you'll need his bars and loop as they are fab'd to work together ie: mounting locations.

Ive got JLP bars, and they work great. But the Stifflers setup is the way to go if you've got the cake to blow

    Lol damn..
Now I'm going to have to think about it.
Right now I'm stuck on what I want tomorrow. . I'm in between headers, traction bars, or a valve body. What route would yall take?

Valve body, traction bars, headers in that order. Valve body first, because its the cheapest. Headers last, cause they benefit you the least.

Ok I'll order a valve body tomorrow than. I'm guessing that benefits the most? Any suggestions on where to get one at?

they're all basically the same thing, they just take a stock valve body and mod it a bit ALA the j-mod used on other ford auto trans.

What more do you want. Valve body. Traction bars. Headers. In that order. As sonic said.

What are your goals for the truck? We all have taken different paths with our trucks. Do you have a plan?
I took some time to read some of your threads to try to get an idea where you're heading. My first question: was your JLP tune done on his dyno? Or mail ordered? A spot on tune makes a huge difference. So if mail ordered, have you data logged for customizing your tune? Regarding traction bars and DS loop: if you're going to the track with slicks, you'll benefit from them. May even prevent damage. And racing from a roll is going to be disappointing. Our trucks like to go from a dig.

No dyno tune yet not till I get valve body and headers on then dyno time. I'll take his advice and order a valve body but what I meant by that was where should I get the valve body

Like Blind said, they are all fairly similar. Ive got a Punisher street version from Woodbine and I like it. You can get one from A1 transmission off LR, you can get them from JLP, LFP, pretty much any Lightning vendor.

I ended up going with A1 street valve body. I'll get the stifflers next Friday
