common problems?

Just picked up a 2001 HD and has some issues. The sun roof tries to open but seams to be stuck on something anyone had problems with this before? also the rear pass side door handle broke, just the chrome part. Where can I get one? would it be the same as pass front ?

The plastic arm on the part that opens the sunroof is most likely broken on one side. That's what happened to mine. I got a repair kit off ebay some time ago for about $100 if I recall correctly, but haven't yet installed it; but someone else on this site has in the past, there is a thread on it if you search.

I just found a drivers side Chrome front one new in box at a dealer in billings for 235.00. They are long discontinued in Canada so I thought I got a deal 😕

Thanks I ended up finding it on ebay for dirt cheap. I have yet to take a look at the sunroof but my first thoughts were that I can take it apart and fix it myself.
Maybe I'll do a write up.
