Man that'd be cool to keep my baby shiny for awhile, (since I'm not one of the lucky guys to have a garage). LOL
drum roll please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Congratulations. Don't forget to let us know what you think.
Congrats Sean!
Wow!!! Thanks guys. This is the 3rd time I've ever won anything. Thanks a lot Merlin.
My house flooded on Aug 19th, and even though this is a small positive event in my life right now, it's definitely made a huge impact on me. Thanks again Merlin

Congrats! I bought this very product and plan to try it out this weekend.
My thoughts, 1 step wash & coat. use this once every 4-6 weeks.
Other than that I haven't "waxed" our DD cars in over a month.
Beads like crazy, looks shiny. I'm diggin' this "no wax" one step.
Be sure to dry the surfaces good. Be it glass, paint, wheels etc.
I had it make spots one time but I admit I applied it in the sun.
A "plus coating product" is not needed for your regular maintenance wash.
Don't use harsh soaps that may break down the "Hydroelectric bonding".
There are many car wash shampoos. Try not to use a "wash and wax".
These may interfere with the hydrophobic properties in HydroFoam.
NOTE: I'm gonna try D110 Hyper-Wash as a weekly maintenance wash.
I'll let you know the results. I know Ultima Paint Guard Wash works fine.
I used the Hydro2 a few times now and definitely noticed a spotting issue when using it in the sun. You also had to be quick with the pressure washer.
My hope is this HydroFoam product is a bit more forgiving since it will take time to wash the car. Do you recommend doing a panel at a time and do you do this by hand?
What about the IronX Snow soap? Will this product affect the "Hydroelectric bonding"? I really like the Snow soap.
Additinally, I don't know if it's my imagination, but I was going to hit the 3rd brake light with a little acrylic polish since it was a little foggy looking, and it actually doesn't look that bad anymore. The only thing I've changed is I'm now using Snow soap instead of Meguirs Gold Class 100% of the time.

I'm not an expert on Carpro products but let me try to help with my limited understanding.
IronX and IronX Snow Foam are different products
- IronX is a paint decon chemical to remove iron particles etc. to decontaminate the paint.
- Ironx Snow Foam in a wash shampoo with IronX in it. Wash and Decon in one step.
- IronX Snow foam is not a replacement to IronX. It's a maintenance wash to keep paint clean.
Hydro2 and Hydrofoam are different products. This is how I view Hydrofoam.
- Hydrofoam is a wash shampoo with Hydro2 in the shampoo.
- Hydrofoam in a maintenance shampoo with Hydro2 in it. Wash and seal in one step.
- Hydrofoam is not a replacement to Hydro2. It's a maintenance wash to keep clean & sealed.
As you probably guessed, regular IronX and pure Hydro2 concentrate are stronger products.
All that being said, I personally wouldn't use IronX snow Soap or Hydrofoam for my weekly wash.
I'd use a combo shampoo maybe once a month or longer (depends on the decon or LSP durability).
Now don't get me wrong, I use both IronX Snow Foam and HydroFoam and they are great products.
For my weekly wash I'd use something like Megs D110 or Ultima Paint Guard Wash to protect the LSP.
Did that help?
It's clear to me. Can't wait to try out both products.
I love iron x..... except the smell Lol. Cherry? Maybe if I drank a cherry concentrate and vomitted it back up!..... I'm gonna try the lemon one next
