    Help! Supercharger or related issue...

Has anyone had this issue before? I recently replaced my supercharger belt recently. Its a regular M112 no ported blower. Motor and SC are in great shape with no issues, spins freely in regards to bearings etc form snout. Bottom line is that the motor jerks when I tried to go over 2k rpm. I cannot WOT. When I take the belt from SC off I have no jerks or issues on passing farm road lanes. All hoses are well tacked together. Don't know if its a air leak related or spark plugs maybe? But again sparkplugs are in great shape and not knocking sounds. It just jerks or stuters when trying to WOT. Thanks again to everyone!

All you did is change the SC belt? If that's the case I recommend checking all vacuum line connections and electrical connections to ensure you didn't accidentally disconnect them or forget to reconnect. A belt swap doesn't cause the issue you describe.

Thanks for your help. I drove my turck without the belt for a week since I had to special order the belt. I have a cog belt pulley kit. Didnt have any issues. thinking that would be the issue an air leak somewhere. I;ve double check and everything looks good.

Well found out this morning while inspecting the couplers that one of them has a slit on it. The piece connects to the back left side of the plenum. Can you buy it seperately or it comes as a complete pcv kit? Truck feels like "loss of pressure" if I can explain it better that way.

Well bought these two items at Napa and helped out on getting that part fixed. But it still jerks. One down hoping a few more checks to go and get this thing resolved for good! :/

Well no luck yet. This jerking motion happens when the 3rd and 4th gear kick in "Low End Torque" is when it feels that loss of pressure. No "check engine" yet. I'm "SOL" still since here in south Texas there are no tuners that specialize with SC's only turbo shops. And my closest place to take a look at would be Lethal Performance in San Antonio, TX.

What does the cable thats underneath the throttle cable that goes to a box behind the air filter do? Thanks for the help!

That cable routes to the cruise control servo.

When's the last time the fuel filter was replaced? MAF cleaned?

Do you have a fuel pressure gauge to verify your pressure?

I replaced the fuel filter like 6 months ago. How do you clean the MAF? Whats weird is only this happens with the blower running. When I take the belt of the blower it runs great!

Cleaning the MAF is simple, buy MAF cleaner or electric parts cleaner and follow the instructions on the can. Basically, remove the air filter and spray the MAF element with short burst. Since your problem popped up out of nowhere this probably isn't your problem but the MAF should be cleaned periodically regardless.

Have you verified the actuator is operating properly?
