Off Topic - 2016 Dodge Challenger Hellcat - Minimal correction - CQuartz FINEST

Brand new vehicle, minimal swirls, gloss enhancement “jewelling”...excellent exhaust note!
Although a new white vehicle, there were some minimal factory OEM or DISO swirl marks.
Lots of time spent "jewelling" the factory finish to increase the brightness, clarity & shine.

    Process
Foam Soak: IronX Snow Soap with Carpro Snow Foam Cannon. Pre Soak and rinse
Wash: TBM with IronX Snow Soap , MFM Incredimitt, Blow Dry & MFM Dry-Me-Crazy
Chemical Decon: CarPro Iron X and Tar X massaged with small sponge wax applicators
Mechanical Decon: Nanoskin Auto-Scrub Speedy Prep Towel (FINE) with ONR clay lube
    Paint Correction: Megs M205 & DMF5 Microfiber Finishing Discs w/Rupes 21 & GG DA
Paint Polishing: Rupes 21 w5" BP, Griots 6" w/3" BP, CP Gloss Pads and Carpro Reflect
Engine Bay: Sonus ALL-IN-1 Cleaner, Sonus Carnauba Spritz, Sonus Trim & Motor Kote
Prep Cleaning: Carpro Eraser and BOA towels. Wipe down twice on all paint & wheels
Trim Protection: CQuartz Dlux Plastic & Rubber Coating (except front bottom scoop)
Paint Protection: Two thick coats of CQuartz FINEST on paint & rims inside & surface

This inside right (headlight) is actually an air intake

The obligatory "Merlin" palm tree hood shot.

IMHO the brightness, clarity and gloss was kicked way up.

Can you say White? In the bright sunlight I started going snowblind.

    Gotta love the CP Reflect

This pic is just for fun.

...and I had to do the Red Key pic.

    Thanks for looking.

Thank You! There have been many advancements in detailing technology that have tremendously helped me.
New polishers, pads & polishes have made my work easier, take less time, & I'm able to obtain better results.
Detailers, enthusiasts and weekend warriors were never considered to be much of a target market in the past.
Commercial products were for body shops (that's is their market). Consumer is auto-parts stores and Walmart.

All the big players went for the body shops Meguiars, Mothers, 3M etc. How many body shops are around you?
One of my current go-to correction compounds is M101. This was strictly created for the european body shops.
Now think about market share...How many high end detailers, enthusiasts & weekend warriors are around you?

Recently this has become a much bigger market and manufacturers are playing leap frog with new technologies.
I look back at the products and process that I used when I first started polishing paint & they now seem archaic.
