Anyone replace the LEDs on their Eurostar LED taillights?

My friend noticed that I have a few LEDs not working correctly on the tail lights. On the drivers side I have 3 LEDs that don't work when the lights come on, but do when the brake is applied. On the passenger side I have 1 LED that is dim.

Are these serviceable? I'll be taking them off this weekend to check for myself, but thought I would ask.

Alright folks. Looks like the bulbs are fine. However, my trusty volt meter shows that I'm not getting the same voltage on the three LEDs as the rest of the lights. These three LEDs are fed by the same power wire. My guess is the control board (or similar) is the issue. When I jump the other wires to this one the light output increases as it should, and remains that way for a while even after I remove the jump wire.

I realize very few of you have these tail lights and likely even less may have this issue, but I'd like to fix these as they look great. Wondering if any of you have gone through the any thing similar?
