I'd lose the chrome mirror caps and fuel door, and pull those vent visors off.

Smoothed/color matched rear window surround, solid back window, color mathed LP light housings, bumper plug, tailgate handle. I color matched the backgrounds of the fender/tailgate emblems on my Lightning, I'd like to do the same with the HD.

    Thank you Cayman!!

I am very proud to own this truck a 2002 Ford F-150 HARLEY DAVIDSON edition!

Why would someone eliminate the identity of this truck?! Might as well have bought a F150 XLT.

The VIN makes it an HD edition, not $20 worth of giant chrome plastic. Mine are going away next month, I'll post pics once I get it done.

There are certain items on a vehicle that serve as identifiers. Wheels are an example of a more costly identifier but even seemingly cheap identifiers serve the same critical purpose. The Lightning is clad with giant plastic fascia and skirting but without those items the Lightning becomes a standard F-150 in the general eye despite its VIN.

And I don't care if anyone knows that I have a Harley edition, or a supercharged engine. I''ll take aesthetics over pea****ing.
