    Low horsepower numbers!! Any thoughts

At 16 lbs of boost and 15 deg of timing I'm at 375 hp and 475 lb ft tq.
Pull was done in 2nd gear for tuning purposes. Am I missing something or should these numbers be higher?
    Mods are
    Ba2600 maf
    K and n intake
    Stock 42 lb injectors
Aeromotive 340 fuel pump hard wired with relay to battery tuner says plenty of fuel
    8lb lower pulley
    Stock Harley upper pulley
    Pulley tensioner
Long tubes with high flow cats
    Magnaflow muffler
    Cleaned intercooler
    Catch can
    Larger heat exchanger

Your pulley ratio is 3.00:1, factoring in the additional parasitic power loss of the HD's longer drive train and extra loss due to the additional rotational inertia from the heavy 20" rolling stock I believe your peak power is on-par with what to expect.

Thanks throttle jockey. That does make sense. What % difference does doing the pull in 2nd gear versus 3rd gear?

I would think you should be nearer to 400HP based on similar combos on other HD trucks.
It can't hurt to do another pull in 3rd like the majority has already done for real comparatives?

Also, Mustang Dyno's seem to give lower results for reasons explained in a lot of threads on here. Do a search to find out more.

    Thanks Cayman
I did search and that's what I figured. I am trying to get a percentage difference between a pull in 2nd gear (1.53:1) and 3rd gear (1:1). They didn't want to pull in 3rd for fear for blowing the drive shaft.

This comment alone explains why you might be underpowered... your tuner is of questionable ability.

    Agreed
Anyone have a good recommendation for a tuner. I had a 911 turbo I was able to get email tuned perfectly but those cars have wideband afr through data logging and to my understanding these trucks only have narrow band?
