Need new brake calipers....which to use?

I need to replace the brake calipers on my truck. I have Rotor Pros dimpled & slotted rotors with Akebono pads. Can I use any caliper or do I need to use something designed for this type of rotor? What brand of caliper is everyone using with their Rotor Pros? Thanks!!

You can find some pretty good deals on Amazon too.

I went with the PowerStop painted calipers and they have been great.

What's the difference between unloaded, semi-loaded & loaded calipers?
