    Carrier bearing

image.jpegimage.jpegHello everyone I'm new to this forum I hope you guys can help me.
I have an 2002 Harley and I completely blew out my carrier bearing called ford and they said it's not serviceable. I could use any info available to get my truck running again thank you in advance.

Don't think I've heard of anything different from what's in that thread. If (when) mine goes, I'm having a one piece driveline made.

Meanjb...the part number that i posted is the correct aftermarket carrier bearing for our trucks...it took me a long time to finally find the right one that is a direct fit and not something you have to rig together as others have done

I found a company online line called Fort Wayne clutches that makes a replacement carrier bearing for 2002-2003 Harley trucks if anyone is looking for a replacement this was the easiest place to order it.51303909256__791244CA-A8BE-4B7A-A9EC-0226B130FF2E.jpg

My #1 put a one piece on mine. no vibrations. Cheaper than going any other way. Looks like a damn telephone pole, but lighter than original. At least that's what he told me when I got the bill.

There's much longer driveshafts out there. Any long bed quad cab diesel, old school land yachts (Cadillacs, Lincolns, etc.)
