Shout out to XRF Chassis - excellent service

Back in 2010 based on recommendations here I replaced the ball joints on my 03 Eff Juan Fiddy with
parts from XRF Chassis, spoke with Mark back then. Recently the truck has started to eat up front tires
and we've been chasing the problem while eating up two sets of tires on the inside.

Finally a shop figured out that they could set the front end up on the machine however once you put
a few miles it would change, and the culprit is the upper control arm inner bushings, you get the bolt
tight to spec but then it will shift changing camber/caster on the left side, then pulling the right over and
wearing the inside of both tires, in less than 3000 miles.

Spoke with Mark today he took the time to find the sale as the paperwork was gone from my
stash and I could not find any email of the order. They are shipping out two new upper control
arms to me after the 4th.

Great service to take the time to find the order, and to stand behind the product.

Look forward to getting them and fixing the front end problem.

Good to hear there are still companies out there that actually take care of people. Few and far between these days.
