    Sc rebuild kits ?

    Removed my ic to clean it and the teflon is coming off the sc rotors and it seems to have play when you turn the pulley is there a rebuild kit for it or am I looking at a new sc 20170820_132311.jpg

    Need to send it out and get rotors stripped, clearances checked, and bearings if needed. Then back together w fresh oil

    If your talking about the scoring inside the case, there's nothing you can do for that. Cant port or polish the case itself (only the intake and outlet), if you take out any material out of the case the rotors wont have the proper clearance. Hard to tell how bad it is, but you may need a new case. You can strip the rest of the teflon coating off the rotors, they don't HAVE to be coated, though you don't want to open up the tolerance between rotor and case any more. I used aircraft stripper, comes right off.

    As far as bearings and coupler, etc. that can be done yourself. Brett @ Jokerz Performance (815) 383-2513 can help you out with rebuilding, a new case if needed, porting for performance, and parts most likely.
