I found this information on another forum...I tested it and it works.

As most of you know, Photobucket's TOS change disallowing hotlinking without forking over $400/yr has caused a lot of pics to be inaccessible. If you still haven't migrated to something else, links to images on PB can be repaired by adding (without the quote marks) "~original" just before the [/IMG] string at the end of each image link.

For example:
...foldername/picname.jpg[/IMG]

Becomes:
...foldername/picname.jpg~original[/IMG]

Hard to say how long this will work before PB finds out and disables it.
I have been able to go to a post, edit, add ~original to the end of the image link (before [/IMG] ) and the Ransom PB pic reappeared.
Please let me know your results. There is a LOT of pics in how-to's on here that are very valuable history that needs to be available.
