About 24 sec. It has a wine/ how noise and I don't know what it is if I pull the blower belt off it goes away I've replaced both idler pulleys on the bridge so maybe the tensioner needs replaced or bearings in the blower

That was my 1st thought but it goes away if I remove the sc belt
take the belt off and rock the eaton pulley back and forth, if it clacks/has slop you probably need the eaton snout rebuilt.
It has a little slop
Yep, stops w super charger belt off but other belt still on I wud say blower bearings or worn gears

What do you mean worn gears
The snout of the eaton has gears in it that wear out, causing slop and weird noises.
