Carrier bearing 2000-2003 f-150 harley davidson

Changed the carrier bearing earlier this year from Ft Wayne Clutch and right away noticed the rubber around the bearing wasn't very stiff or robust at all. Proceeded with install with no issues but noticed vibration or rotational noise between 1200-2000 rpm. Decided to crawl under the truck after really being annoyed with the noise and have excessive side to side play as you can see in the video. Anyone had this same problem with ordering this part from Ft Wayne Clutch? I hope it doesn't come down to ordering another drive-shaft assembly and Ford doesn't make this drive-shaft anymore.

I ended up just having my drive shaft rebuilt by a machine shop. They replaced all the U joints as well and made sure it was balanced.

Ford had a replacement but it was expensive, ~$900 (labor not included).
