    Build a sub box - 01-up HD

Material cost should be no more than $30-$40. You can adjust the box brackets to adjust the box height depending on your sub. Mine has a 1.5" gap from the tallest floor part. A sub with less excursion may be ok with 1". If you have any question please email me or post it here.
This is my contribution to this Harley community. My only request for you is to refer to this sub design as the HD4mula box. That recognition would make me feel very good . Hope it helps some out here. If you want to see some more pics see My Gallery

The width is as big as I could keeping it square. Maybe you can expand the bottom a little. I would have to take a look.

I have not heard anyone cut the JL stealthbox and put some plexi glass over it, interesting idea.

This looks like a really sweet setup. Definitely gonna do this one. I figure, hey you got a bad a$$ truck, you're gonna need some bad a$$ sound. The Plexiglass top with the lights looks awesome. Future pics in my gallery will have this in them. Thanks for the post.

yea definate thread resurection. printed out the schematics seems to be alright. never built a sub box before but assuming to just use silicone and screws (predrill the holes) to attach everything. Ill google some basic tips.

that'll work. can use woodglue as well in the seams, then silicone or caulk to seal all the corners. predrilled & countersunk will keep everything nice and tight

WRONG... use that new water activated expaning glue (gorilla glue type) it is sandable and leaves an airtight seal...no screws needed. Look in my gallery.
