    Bilstiens

If you guys are like me, and want better control but don't want the qa1 price tag...I can get teh bilstiens (front and back) and the rear nuts for 130 plus shipping. I don't know if that is a real good price, but mine are on the way

You did say the front and back and rear nuts for 130 for all? That is a sweet price.

    Got PART #s?

Just wanted to verify if you have a set for an L or 'screw (2WD, std susp): Got the part #s below:

    LIGHTNING: FR BE5-2478-H1
    RR BE5-2479-H1

    'Screw: FR BE5-2571
    RR BE5-2479

I know the L units will fit HDs but I read about a few guys whose L bilsteins didn't last long due to the extra 600 lb weight of the HD 'screw. Anyone know (from actual experience) how the regular 'screw Bilsteins will hold up to the lowered susp of HD 'screws?

Called BILSTEIN directly who said that fitment is no problem with either set. Get more of an OEM feel with the 'screw vs. a more performance ride (expectedly) out of the Ls. Told them that I have a 2" rear drop via shackles to which their engineers recommended: stick with the 'screw Bilsteins but L ones will do fine also. Bottomline, don't worry, we have a LIFETIME WARRANTY.

I decide instead of me trying to make any money, that I am just going to send you guys directly to the man I am going to buy from. I just couldn't do that to my fellow harley owners!
