I'll tell you what. I just buffed out my HD, my Stang and myboys Mach and they all looked great. You have to know how to use a wheel. If you can do black everything else is cake. I use a buffer to apply and a microfiber or good cotton towel to remove the wax. Always wet the cotton applicator before using the buffer. Just so its damp. My buddy was blown away by the shine. He was first worried about me burning paint decals and what not. I told him I would pay if I did...then told him to shut the f*** up and watch his car look better then the day he bought it. I used Zymol but McGuires is pretty much as good. as for Zaino...too much money. A guy who knows a buffer needs just a good wax. Sorry Zaino guys.....I'm not THAT impressed with it unless you have a show quality paint and then my work will hold up to it too!

too much money? i spend 100 dollars on zaino supplies a year ago, and am just running out now.

thats 16 coats worth of polish i got out of it
definately not that expensive in the long run since such little bit goes so long.

just different strokes for different folks though

If the stuff is so good then why are you waxing your truck 16 times a year. Thought I would ask!

because i enjoy working on the truck, not because it needs it. I have gone 6 months on 2 coats of zaino before, and it still beeded up and looked almost as good as when i just did that 2 coats, so definately no doubt in my mind about its durability.

why do i zaino my spare tire and behind the taillights? ;t just because if i'm bored enough, i will find SOMETHING to do on my truck. haha

plus zaino can be layered, the more coats the deeper the gloss and shine. Gets better looking up to 5 coats then it levels off with the results. I usually try to do 3 coats in a day with the ZFX, then i'm satisfied for a month or two, then get the itch for another full detail

;t LoL. You can also let her know i detail underneath the truck. usually once or twice a year i put it up on jackstands and clean the whole underybody up with some soapy water, a sponge, and a few rags. get all the road dust and grime off. That should make you look pretty normal in comparison lol
