its been pretty much narrowed down to 3 people who are very likely to have done it. one of them has fled though, he is notorious for breaking into people's rides around here and taking their HU only. Last i heard though he was headed to FL not sure whats true, but he's running from the cops. i hope they catch him and raid his house and find all the HU's he's stolen. even if mine's not there, at least a number of other people's stuff will be found.

I"ll keep everybody updated on the other 2 if i find anything else out. hopefully have some more news tomorrow

A little advice about repairs Josh, make sure they put a Ford glass back in when they replace it, insurance co.s like to take the cheap way out and go aftermarket but it dosent match Fords optic standard or tint.
Plus if you ever want to sell the glass markings all match, lots of people look at this.

Yea he is right...you gotta watch the insurance guys...they will nit pick you over anything..I had a Jeep that got broken into and the stereo was stolen...the only thing out of the whole rig that they would cover was the HU even tho I had an alarm..tinted windows and the amps/box were bolted down and under a cover (the insurance company claimed that they only reason they covered the HU was that it was the only component "secured in the vehicle"... ) ;)

Sorry to hear this Josh, I really feel for you man just keep your head up. I had cadillac a couple years back that got stolen from my job when the cops found the car the F___ING theives had taken my rims and system Oh not to mention my engine and tranny. They tore up my interior and scratched up all the car. So I really feel for you. The only good that came out of it was rather to fix my car up again I ended up getting the Ford that I now drive.
