I have the stock ones. I'm using the western chasis flip kit for the rear that drops the back to a total of 7.25". The front was raised 1" so the back is to low so I have to air it up to get it about level.
I'm seriously thinking of the 4 link system but don't know much about it at all, anyone that has done it or where to get it done at. Other then that I'll just have to wait.

I am looking @ air ride's airbar/4-link for late this year. for the back.
I am holding out for shockwaves for the front w/ the dual adjustable qa-1 shocks built in & HD shockwaves w/Dual adjustable for the rear.

heyyyy, look what i found, from AIM they make lift shackles, i'm gonna give them a call soon to ask about the 2" lift shackles that they make, see following links:
http://www.truckn-store.com/product....t.asp&ID=35603
http://www.truckn-store.com/product....t.asp&ID=35602
only problem, in the description one say "no hangers required to...." and its cut off without saying required to do what, and the other says "requires hangers to..." so thats kind of confusing, but anyway i'm gonna give them a call soon so i can get these installed and give my helper bags a break.

DJM makes a shorter lift shackle, part #SH1000, that should do the trick for you. I would guess you would get 1-1.5" of lift out of it (they advertise it as a 1.5" lift). You can get it from Stylin' Concepts for $34.95 and looks like this:

The first link is not for f-150, it's for Super Duty. There is one below that that says for '97-'03 f-150, but they all picture and longer drop shackle.
The second link says it's for a Ford Ranger. A lift shackle for an F-150 will be shorter than your stock shackle (see photo above).
