Husky molded mudflaps, same as King Ranch - Ford doesn't make them and this way they don't have the white ford emblem on them.

The Harley step pad is almost full length of the cab, don't have to be as careful where you step.

Only been out of the garage twice, hate to get it dirty the first time. Quite a few looks from the street, must be the diesel noise that gets there attention.

I'm thinking maybe an overhead camper No I really don't have any plans yet. I want to get the bugs out first and then will go from there. There are comments about the trannies out there right now and I'm taking this one in Wednesday morning. Almost everytime you shift from park or neutral to reverse or drive it is taking up to 4 or 5 seconds for the transmission to engage. The techs say that Ford has a built in delay for plowing purposes etc but I am not happy with it this way. If I'm backing out of the driveway the truck will roll backwards if you don't keep your foot on the brake until the tranny grabs So from there I'll stay posted to see what is working for others before I start to make any changes. Love the truck though, feels like you're sitting on top of the world with everyone looking up to you.

If i remember right my brother and my dads both do the tranny thing. Bro has the 6.0 and my dad has the 7.3

IMO, the first mod i would of done would have been a billet grille. Here is a picture of my dads, hes got a 4" lift, 18s w/ 35" tires.

haha, thats the truth! I test drove a 04 black and orange crewcab 6.0 HD back in december. Totally different feel than my lowered 00 HD. although some idiot woman driver still cut me off coming out of a parking lot and almost took out the right front side of a brand new truck the salesman almost pissed his pants

how stupid can you be to not see a HUGE black and orange brick flying down the road?

    Where'd you get...

Where'd you get your mudflaps from and could you send me a closer pic of them. I have been looking for some, but don't like the generic flat look of most of them.

I like the bed rails and truxedo cover. I am gonna get my bed sprayed with linex since I have to use my truck as a truck, but definitely want a cover like that. Is it flush with the top of the bed, or raised above slightly?

    Hello,

Nice Truck. I have same truck in crew cab. I want to install bed rails. Are the bed rails on your truck from factory?
