It seems like the back of the truck is bouncing but it also fells after a second it slams into gear.. I hope it is not the tranny
This happens when I am already driving and from a stop.
Rear end maybe??
Ring and pinion??
I'm still not sure on the Bouncing thing
Maybe try and put this thread in the Main Forum

I'd rather be riding my motorcycle thinking about God, than in church thinking about my motorcycle. ~unknown~
Only happens when you get on it? or normal driving?
If its when you mash the gas, I would say wheel hop
But if its during normal driving, might be a bad abs sensor
Take it to the dealer and let them check it over!
IT ALL FIXED IT WAS A BAD CATLICKCONVERTER
OK, maybe I'm lost here..
What does a Catverter have to do with making the truck bounce?
I test drove an '03 2-tone HD and it did that crap. It had 48 miles on it. That was one of the reasons I DID NOT buy it. (Not to mention that they wanted everything else I owned to get it.)
Compared to my '01, it was a jack-a-lope on the highway and off the line.
What was the explaination from the folks that fixed it?
-Del
well inside the cat their is the air cleaner that broke a part and clogged the air way. So the truck does not breath right and he said they engine runs on only half of the cylinders. I am not sure why it was bouncing but as soon as they put the new one in it like night and day. The service MGR said it is like having a potato in your tail pipe.
I was just happy for having it back since I only had it for two days.
