    Question Spear tire

I just got a 03'HD F-150 and there is no spear tire.... The dealership is telling me a 16 inch tire comes with the truck and not a 20 inch...

    Is this true??????

    Thanks

That's interesting,,, I bought a spare Harley 20" rim off the F150online site from a guy in GA. My spare was a 20" Goodyear just like the rest of the tires. The OEM rim was steel but it was a 20" as well. I made a nice set of aluminum wheel shields to keep the wheel nice and clean while it's under the truck.

If my graphite skills were better, I would have made a wheel tub to enclose the entire tire. I'm a aviation buff and private pilot also but my skills with that stuff is limited...
