    Question Pulley Sizes? What's what?

I just picked up a used 2002 HD truck. The upper pulley and the lower pulley has been changed, to what I'm not sure. I'm trying to find out what boost I should have before I can get a gauge installed. The upper pulley has an outside dimension of 3 7/16" with an inside diameted of where the belt rides of 2 11/16". The lower pulley looks huge to me but I have nothing to compaer it to. The outside dimension is about 9". So, what is the stock boost of the 2002 and what is the boost I should have right now? Also, curious, what is the boost of the lightning?

    Thanks

    a 9 inch lower i believe is a 6lb pulley.
stock boost on a hd is supposed to be 6lbs
    and a lightning is 8lbs.

my hd has a stock upper and a 6lb lower and
    makes 12 lbs max.

My upper pulley that is on the truck is about 3 9/16" OD. The one that was removed seems to be 3 3/16" OD. I don't get it. Which one do I have in a box of parts and which one is on the truck? I would think the smaller one is the L pulley. Can anyone help? I don't know why it seems backwards. I'm suposed to have 12# boost with the 6# on the lower with this one on the upper? I just got the truck so I'm trying to figure out what I Have. Helppppp!!

With a 6lber you should see around 12 lbs. Get a guage then go from there. I would keep at 14lbs or less on a stock bottom end. Even thats pushing the envelope a bit

Trying to find a pillar replacement for the early 2002 for two gauges. Got any good sources. I was gonna put in a vac/boost and an exhaust temp. The gaugepod place say that theirs only fits the later 2002's.
